1. Scope, Unified Governance & AI-Assisted Tooling Notice
This Universal Privacy Policy governs the processing, collection, storage, recording, and transfer of digital personal data across all websites, subdomains, software applications, tools, blogs, and interactive micro-experiences operated by Unoriz / Rishabh Kumar(“Operator”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including but not limited to:

Subtle Workflow Notice: To deliver modern research synthesis and high-performance software features, our publishing and development workflows utilize artificial intelligence systems for research drafting, automated UI structuring, and performance benchmarking under continuous human oversight.
2. Data We Collect & Lawful Purpose Limitation (DPDP India)
Under Section 4 and Section 6 of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act, India), personal data is processed strictly based on your explicit consent and for lawful specified purposes:

3. Consent for Data Processing & Universal Recording
By accessing our platforms, creating an account on Friday OS, completing onboarding, or submitting inquiries, you provide free, specific, informed, unconditional, and unambiguous consent (as mandated by Section 6 of the DPDP Act 2023) for Unoriz to record, store, transmit, and process your personal and workspace data in encrypted electronic systems.
You acknowledge that telemetry data, session authentication tokens, and workload performance statistics are recorded automatically to facilitate real-time synchronization, fraud prevention, and system resilience.
4. Intermediary Status & Disclaimer of Liability for Third-Party Content
Under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India) and DPDP intermediary principles:
- Zero Liability for User-Uploaded Data: We do not verify, screen, endorse, or curate any personal data, proprietary material, or confidential documents uploaded or exchanged by users or team members within Friday OS or other tools.
- Data Controller Obligations of Workspace Owners: If you input or invite team members to Friday OS, you act as the independent Data Fiduciary for those individuals and warrant that you possess all necessary consents to upload their names and emails.
- Founder Non-Liability: The website, platform, company, and founder (Rishabh Kumar) bear zero liability for any data loss, third-party misuse, unauthorized user sharing, or incidental damages resulting from user content.
5. Email OTP Verification & Complete Disclaimer of Transmission Liability
When signing up, authenticating, or resetting credentials on Friday OS and Unoriz services, we may issue One-Time Passwords (OTPs), authentication links, or verification emails via third-party SMTP and transactional email relays:
- Third-Party Telecommunication Relays: The generation, routing, transit, and delivery of OTP emails depend on external email servers, telecommunication backbones, and user mailbox spam filters outside our direct control.
- No Liability for Delivery Delays or Interception: Unoriz, Friday OS, and founder Rishabh Kumar accept zero liability for OTP delivery failures, transit delays, mailbox compromises, unauthorized email forwarding, or user credential leaks resulting from insecure client email inboxes.
- User Security Responsibility: Users are strictly responsible for safeguarding their registered email accounts, maintaining strong credentials, and securing their authentication tokens.
6. Where User Data is Stored, Added, and Updated Across Apps & Websites
To ensure full transparency under DPDP Act Section 5, here is every surface where users can create, modify, or view personal and workspace data:

7. Absolute Account & Data Deletion (Permanent DB & Local Purge)
In full accordance with the DPDP Act Right to Erasure (Section 12(3)), users have an instant, self-service mechanism to completely delete their account:
- One-Click Account Deletion in Friday OS: Navigate to Settings (Gear Icon) → Delete Account & Purge Data.
- Permanent Database Erasure: Clicking Delete instantly and permanently deletes your records across all database tables (
profiles,tasks,team_members,work_unit_benchmarks,comments) and revokes your authentication session. - Local Device Storage Purge: All cached tasks, schedules, and drafts in browser
localStorageare completely wiped. - Unoriz Web Form Data Deletion: Submit a request via our Grievance Portal or email letsmailrishabhkumar@gmail.com to purge any historical contact inquiry logs.
