unoriz.com), Friday OS (friday.unoriz.com), or using any associated APIs, products, AI micro-tools, or services (collectively, the “Platforms”), you expressly acknowledge and unconditionally agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Limitation of Liability. If you do not agree, you must immediately terminate use of the Platforms.1. Platform Operator & Intermediary Classification
The Platforms are designed, maintained, and operated by Rishabh Kumar / Unoriz(“Operator”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Under the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India) (specifically Section 79) and applicable electronic commerce & intermediary guidelines, Unoriz and Friday OS operate strictly as an intermediary platform and technical infrastructure provider.
We do not initiate data transmissions, do not select the receiver of any transmission initiated by users, and do not select or modify any information, tasks, benchmarks, or content uploaded or created by users.
2. Absolute Disclaimer of Liability for User Activity & Data
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
- Zero Liability for User Inputs & Misuse: You are solely and exclusively responsible for any data, prompts, text, code, files, intellectual property, personal data of third parties, or content you input, store, upload, or transmit through our Platforms. We bear zero civil, criminal, or regulatory liability for illegal, defamatory, infringing, harmful, or unauthorized data uploaded by any user.
- Email OTP & Verification Non-Liability: One-Time Passwords (OTPs), authentication links, and recovery tokens are transmitted via third-party telecommunication and email conduits. Unoriz and founder Rishabh Kumar accept zero liability for OTP delivery latency, email interception, inbox compromise, spam filtering failures, or unauthorized access resulting from user mailbox vulnerabilities.
- Security of User Credentials: You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, sessions, and tokens. We shall not be liable for any losses caused by unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard your account.
- Permanent Account Erasure: Users can permanently purge all account data and associated database records at any time directly through in-app settings (Right to Erasure under DPDP Act).
3. AI-Generated Content, Software & “As-Is” Warranty Disclaimer
All software, features, project templates, benchmark calculations in Friday OS, and AI-assisted tools are provided strictly on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
We specifically disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted uptime, or accuracy. Outputs generated through artificial intelligence or algorithmic models are experimental and for informational purposes only; you must independently verify any critical output before relying upon it.
4. User Indemnification Clause
You agree to strictly indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Unoriz, Rishabh Kumar, its contributors, affiliates, and technical service providers from and against any and all claims, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal and attorney fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:
- Your access to or use of the Platforms;
- Your violation of any provision in these Terms;
- Any content, task, project, or personal data you upload or process on the Platforms;
- Your infringement or violation of any intellectual property, privacy, or statutory right of any third party; or
- Your violation of applicable laws or regulations, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP), 2023.
5. Liquidated Damages & Aggregate Liability Cap
In no event shall Unoriz, Rishabh Kumar, or its associates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data loss, business interruption, or other intangible losses.
Our total, aggregate, cumulative liability arising out of or related to the Platforms, whether under contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory, is strictly capped at ₹0 (Zero Indian Rupees) or the exact total fees paid by you to Unoriz in the preceding thirty (30) days, whichever is lower.
6. Compliance with India's DPDP Act, 2023 / 2026
In alignment with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) of India:
- Data Minimization: We only process personal data that is strictly necessary to provide the service (e.g., email address for contact routing or user ID for workspace isolation).
- Row Level Security & Safeguards: All authenticated databases enforce server-level Row Level Security (RLS) ensuring that user data cannot be accessed by unauthorized third parties.
- Data Principal Rights: As a Data Principal under the DPDP Act, you have the right to request access, correction, completion, updating, and erasure of your personal data.
- Withdrawal of Consent: You may withdraw your consent for personal data processing at any time by contacting our designated Grievance Officer.

8. Governing Law, Exclusive Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or related to your use of the Platforms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any legal proceeding, lawsuit, or arbitration arising from these Terms or use of the Platforms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in New Delhi, India.
