Diagnostics Platform Build
Led the 0-1 build of Tata 1MG's e-diagnostics content platform — including Product Detail Page (PDP) design, content attribute framework, hierarchical content automation, and platform-wide SEO implementation.
Introduced a hierarchical content inheritance model: general test content powers profile content, which in turn powers package content.
Led agile road mapping with cross-functional teams including Labs, Category, Grid, Product, and Tech.

The Challenge
- No structured content framework existed for diagnostics — each test page was created ad hoc, with no attribute consistency or SEO architecture.
- Writing unique content for thousands of lab tests, profiles, and packages was unsustainable without a scalable automation model.
- Diagnostics pages lacked scalable discoverability and structured taxonomy for search optimization.
The Approach & Solution
- Designed a hierarchical content model where test-level content cascades up to profiles and packages.
- Led the definition of PDP attributes, UI layout, and content flow for diagnostics.
- Built scalable diagnostics content workflows to reduce manual effort and improve consistency.
- Executed an SEO strategy covering high intent keywords, high volume search keywords,FAQs, and GSC/GA4 traffic analysis.
