Paediatric Drug Content & Strength-Level Automation
Identified a content gap in Tata 1MG's paediatric drug pages — where products with different strengths shared generic content not tailored to strength-specific dosing and safety profiles.
Led the scoping and delivery of a strength-level entity model, enabling distinct content to be assigned and replicated across strength variants efficiently.
Expanded the scope to include paediatric vaccines.

The Challenge
- Strength-specific content variations across paediatric drugs required clinical accuracy at every level — not just copy-paste replication.
- Scaling across 20,000 SKUs within operational timelines required a semi-automated approach.
The Approach & Solution
- Scoped a strength-level entity model, defining the logic for what content should vary by strength vs inherit from the parent drug.
- Identified 80 Pareto drugs (highest traffic and business contribution) as the initial scope.
- Designed content templates and replication workflows, collaborating with writers and medical reviewers to validate strength-specific content.
