Collaborated with the catalog, compliance, and data teams to source images, validate prescription requirements, and execute bulk updates at scale.
The Challenge
- 60,000 SKUs required individual-level validation for image presence, Rx tag accuracy, and Legal Metrology field completeness — a scale that precluded fully manual approaches.
- Legal Metrology compliance is a mandatory regulatory requirement — non-compliance creates direct liability risk.
The Approach & Solution
- Designed a prioritisation framework based on GMV contribution to focus first on the highest-impact SKUs.
- Sourced prescription images for SKUs with missing assets and executed bulk Rx tag updates aligned with drug schedule classifications.
- Extracted and bulk-updated Legal Metrology fields (manufacturer, marketer, storage) across the target SKU universe.
